Beat extends from Oxford upstream ~1.2 miles to the second drop structure. There is a narrow pond west of the 2nd drop. This pond is in play.

Take Ringsby Ct north, then Washington St north to I-70 west ramp. Go west on I-70 then take i-25 south ramp. Take i-25 south and bear right on sante fe (approx. Mile 208). Follow sante fe south approx. 5 miles. Turn right on oxford and go ~1 mile. Cross the river and turn right into parking area.

Beat extends from Hampden ave upstream ~ 1.1 miles to Oxford

Take Ringsby Ct north, then Washington St north to I-70 west ramp. Go west on I-70 then take i-25 south ramp. Take i-25 south and bear right on sante fe (approx. Mile 208). Follow sante fe south approx. 5 miles. Turn right on oxford and go ~1 mile. Cross the river and turn right into parking area.

Beat extends downstream of Florida bridge ~1/2 mile and upstream from bridge ~ 0.4 miles. The pond at Overland is in play. Look for fish around the culvert on W. side of river.

Take Ringsby Ct north, then Washington St north to I-70 west ramp. Go west on I-70 then take I-25 south ramp. Take I-25 south and bear right on sante fe (approx. Mile 208). Follow Sante Fe down to Florida and turn right (west); follow Florida to the river and turn into Overland Park lot.
 

This beat begins at the 500 ft upstream from the 3rd Ave pedestrian bridge and goes upstream approx. 1.75 miles to Mississippi. Fish are in deeper water below drops/bridges and near banks. Suggest you fish around alameda bridge, then park upstream as close to sante fe as you can get. There is a lot of water here. Use your time wisely.

Take Ringsby Ct north, then Washington St north to I-70 west ramp. Go west on I-70 then take I-25 south ramp. Exit I-25 at alameda exit 208b. Turn right on alameda and move to left lane. Turn left on s. Platte r. Dr. Just across the bridge and go approx ½ mile. Bear left onto S. Platte River Drive and turn into Vanderbilt Park.
 

Beat extends from 13th ave. Bridge up stream to the drop above the railroad bridge. Lots of fish around 6th and 8th ave bridges. Some in the drops near top and bottom of beat.

Take Ringsby Ct north, then Washington St north to I-70 west ramp. Go west on I-70 then take I-25 south ramp. Exit I-25 at exit 209c (8th ave).
Turn left on zuni and go straight thru the light at 8th into the park.

J(Sports Authority Field at Milehigh Stadium)
Beat extends from elitch coaster upstream ~0.8 miles to old colfax bridge near mile high station. Lots of fish around I-25 bridge and some around old colfax (mile high station) bridge.

Take Ringsby Ct north, then Washington St north to I-70 west ramp. Go west on I-70 then take I-25 south ramp. Exit I-25 south of speer at exit 211. Stay in right lane, bear right towards 20th ave. Turn left onto Bryant at stop sign. Follow frontage road around stadium. Turn left on access road at 3 way stop and follow it under I-25 to parking area.
Alternate parking (top of beat) at M.H.S. To reach mile high station take Ringsby Ct north, then Washington St north to I-70 west ramp. Go west on I-70 then take I-25 south ramp. Exit I-25 at exit 209c bear right off the ramp and turn right on Zuni and go ~0.2 miles north. Turn left on w. Colfax. You are there. Park on west side of mile high station or in lots on west side of river.

Beat extends from 31st st. Upstream to 19th street bridge ~ 1 mile of river. Exit fuel parking lot, turn right on Ringsby Ct, go to 31st ave, turn left over bridge and right on arkins ct. Arkins follows the river, lots of no parking signs here. Follow arkins ~3/8 mile bear right into gravel lot. This is close to midpoint of beat.
 

Beat is from 31st downstream to ~1/2 mile below I-70 bridge. Total ~1.2 miles.

You can walk to this beat from fuel café or go north on Ringsby Ct, right on Washington St then immediate left on Arkins ct to Globeville Landing Park.
 

This beat includes the river as well as about ¼ mile of sand creek. This beat is unlimited downstream of the parking area. There are lots of fish around the pedestrian bridge ¼ mile below the parking area at (64th st).

Take Ringsby Ct north, then Washington St north to 58th ave. Go right (east) on 58th to york st. Turn left (north) on york. To 64th ave. There is a parking lot across from 64th ave

F (Steele) this is a huge beat encompassing about 1.5 miles of the river and a short section of clear creek. The beats extends from observation platform (~ 1 mile downstream of rail bridge) upstream to clear creek confluence. There are lots of fish just downstream of the clear creek confluence. Look for fish in deep holes above and below the railroad bridge.

Parking - park near center of the beat of the beat at steele. Take Ringsby Ct north, then Washington St north to 78th ave. Turn right (east) on 78th. Approx. ½ mile east of york, the road curves to the left and becomes steele. Park at steele street park lot on the right. Take the path and bear left.

Beat extends from ~1/2 mile downstream of 88th bridge upstream to observation platform. Scout deep hole, flat below bridge and deep water on river left from high bank on west side. Lots of hoppers here, you might want to stomp on one (fly) and drown it. Look for fish on west bank just upstream of bridge. Suggest you fish downstream in the am as the sun will be against you.

Parking take Ringsby Ct north, then Washington St north to 88th ave. Turn right and go east to intersection of colorado/88th. Turn right into parking lot marked thornton gravel ponds

The beat extends from the 104th bridge upstream approx. 1 mile to mckay. It is tough going upstream of the dam.
Most access to the river around the bridge is on the west side. Check out deep water below high bank upstream river right. Scout on west side at your own risk. Fish below dam.

Take Ringsby Ct north, then Washington St north to I-70 west ramp. Go west on I-70 then right onto I-25 north ramp. Exit I-25 north at 104th ave and go east approx. 4.5 miles to bridge. Park in lot on north side of 104th west of bridge or in dirt areas near the bridge at your own risk.

This beat includes the ponds in the park as well as the river unlimited downstream of the 104th ave. Bridge. Look for fish in deep water below the creek confluence (500 yds downstream of bridge) on west side of the river. There is approx. ¼ mile of prime water here with lots of fish. There are fish in deep water below the rock island/dam on the east side. This area is approx 0.8 miles downstream of the bridge. Suggest you use the trail on east side to reach this water.

Take Ringsby Ct north, then Washington St north to I-70 west ramp. Go west on I-70 then right onto I-25 north ramp. Exit I-25 north at 104th ave and go east approx. 4.5 miles to bridge. Park in lot on north side of 104th west of bridge or in dirt areas near the bridge at your own risk.

No marking except on jersey barrier at parking area.
Free range upstream of the 120th bridge. Some big fish approx. ¼ mile upstream of bridge below small riffle. Look for them in deep slough on river right (east side). You may want to scout from the east side high bank.

Free range down stream from 120th bridge. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the river. Lots of fish in the bend holes.

Take Ringsby Ct north, then Washington St north to I-70 west ramp. Go west on I-70 then right onto I-25 north ramp. Exit I-25 north at 120th ave. Go east on 120th ave approx 4.5 miles. As you pass holly and go down the hill look for left turn lane and turn into small parking area in front of jersey barriers. Walk east to the river and enter at bridge.

Just on the west of where the South Platte crosses W Oxford there appears to be a public trail parking spot for the Mary Carter Greenway Trail.

Limited parking in a small lot at the park. More parking is across the river and south on S. Platte River Drive.

Vanderbilt Park is at the intersection of S. Platte River Drive and S. Huron St.

Parking at Frog Hollow Park, the north end of this beat. Not much other parking in this industrial area.

From Mile High Stadium Circle turn east and go under I-70 at the S. Platte. This small bike trail lot is at Gates Crescent Park. Of course all the roads are unnamed. Looks like you could exit NB I25 opposite MileHigh Stadium and get there also.

Buy a coffee at Starbucks or a backpack at REI and park underground.

This costs $6 a day but you are in the city now.
