This lane is used to access the FDA Courtyard Lot. It is located between the Pulp & Paper Research Centre (3420 University) and the Adams Building (3450 University).

2: Lane

This lane is used to access the McIntyre garage. It connects Peel with Prom. Sir William Osler (Drummond). The access from Peel is between 3690 Peel and 3706/08 Peel. The access from Prom. Sir William Osler is at 3655 Prom. Sir William Osler (Drummond).

3: Lane

This lane is used to access the McIntyre garage. It connects Peel with Prom. Sir William Osler (Drummond). The access from Peel is between 3690 Peel and 3706/08 Peel. The access from Prom. Sir William Osler is at 3655 Prom. Sir William Osler (Drummond).

4: Lane

This lane leads to the Drummond lot and is accessed from Hosmer House, 3630 Prom. Sir William Osler (Drummond).

5: Lane

Interconnecting lane from Peel to McTavish which leads to the entrance of the Bronfman garage.

The Peel Street entrance to the lane is just north of 3407 Peel Street (Best Western Ville-Marie Hotel & Suites).

The McTavish Street entrance to the lane is between the Bookstore (3420McTavish) and the Bronfman Building (1001 Sherbrooke St. West).

6: Main Campus Parking for Persons with Disabilities

Parking on Main Campus south of the Arts Building will only be available to visitors who have state or provincial issued permits for parking in spaces designated for persons with disabilities. These visitors will have to enter from Milton gate.

Lettered delivery vehicles, departmental and construction vehicles will also be able to access the area but only between 7am and 11am, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

There are parking terminals at the Milton gate entrance and exit (corner of Milton and University Streets) where visitors can take tickets and pay for these on the way out to the agent or at the exit terminal. The agent and terminal accept both cash (bills and coins) and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express).

Roddick gate is closed to vehicular access.

• Monday to Friday: $7 flat rate after 5pm
• Saturday / Sunday: $7 flat rate

7: Main Campus Parking for Sponsored Visitors and Persons with Disabilities

Parking on Main Campus north of Milton gate will only be available to visitors who have had arrangements made with the department they are visiting (the department will need to sponsor the guest via Parking Services). It is also available to visitors who have a provincial or state permit authorizing parking in spaces designated for persons with disabilities. These visitors will have to enter and exit from Milton gate.

There are parking terminals at the Milton gate entrance and exit where visitors can take tickets and pay for these on the way out to the agent or at the exit terminal. The agent and terminal accept both cash (bills and coins) and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express).

The parking agent for the MNI Lot and the Residences parking lot is situated at a booth between the stadium and University Street. This agent is responsible for selling tickets for daily parking for the Residences and MNI lots.

13: 840 Penfield Lot - Visitor Parking

This small exterior lot is accessed from Av. du Docteur-Penfield directly, just after 840 Av. du Docteur-Penfield.

14: Hugessen House Lot - Visitor Parking

This small exterior lot is accessed by the driveway from 3666 McTavish.

There are 2 spaces in this lot which have parking meters. They accept coin payment only, including $2 coins. A maximum of 2 hours can be purchased at one time. The rate is $3.25 per 30 minutes.

15: Education Garage - Visitor Parking

The Education garage has permit holder and visitor parking. It situated at 3700 McTavish St. (Education Building) and is accessible directly from McTavish St. There is an elevator in the garage as well as stairs, to get up into the Education Building. The garage is open from 7am to 10pm, Monday through Friday. The garage closes at 6pm on Summer Friday and is closed on statutory holidays.

There is a machine at the exit which accepts credit card payment as well as cash payment (bills and coins). A customer must press the green button on the entry terminal to get an entry ticket to get into the garage and pay for this when leaving at the exit terminal.

16: FDA Courtyard - Visitor Parking

The FDA Courtyard is a small outdoor parking lot behind the Adams Building (3450 University) which has permit holder and visitor parking.

17: Powell Lot West - Visitor Parking

The Powell West exterior parking lot is accessed directly from Peel Street, just behind 1085 Av. du Docteur-Penfield. This parking area is available to both permit holders and visitors (2 spaces).

There are 2 spaces in this lot which have parking meters. They accept coin payment only, including $2 coins. A maximum of 2 hours can be purchased at one time. The rate is $3.25 per 30 minutes.

18: McIntyre Garage - Visitor Parking

The McIntyre garage has permit holder and visitor parking. It situated 3655 Prom. Sir William Osler (Drummond)  and is accessible from connecting lanes off Peel Street and Prom. Sir William Osler (Drummond), just north of Docteur-Penfield Av. There is elevator access to the Life Science Complex for staff members with coded ID cards. Other staff, students and visitors may use the pedestrian exit door on the first level to go outside. There are also exits to Stewart Biology Building (level 3 in the garage) and Gelber Law Library (level 7). The garage is open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, however 24 hour consecutive parking is not permitted unless authorized by the parking office.

There is a paystation machine in the garage (level 1, near the exit) which accepts cash or credit card payment (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) for parking. There is also a machine at the exit which accepts credit card payment. A customer must press the green button on the entry terminal just outside the garage to get an entry ticket and pay for this when leaving at either the paystation or exit terminal. Please note that the exit terminal does not issue a receipt.

19: Drummond Lot - Visitor Parking

The Drummond Lot is an outdoor parking lot beside 3605 Mountain which has permit holder and visitor parking. The entrance is via the lane by Hosmer House (3630 Prom. Sir William Osler (Drummond)) or via the lane running behind 3605 Mountain.

There is a pay & display machine in this location which accepts coin or credit card payment (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) for parking. A receipt is issued which must be displayed on the dashboard of the vehicle.

Visitor parking:

20: Bronfman Garage - Visitor Parking

The Bronfman garage has permit holder and limited visitor parking. It situated at 1001 Sherbrooke St. West and is accessible from the lanes off Peel and McTavish Streets, just north of Sherbrooke St. There is no elevator access to the garage but there is a staircase leading up to the ground floor of the Bronfman Bldg. The garage is open from 7am to 10pm, Monday through Friday. The garage closes at 6pm on Summer Friday and is closed on statutory holidays.

There is a paystation machine in the garage which accepts cash or credit card payment (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) for parking. There is also a machine at the exit which accepts credit card payment. A customer must press the green button on the entry terminal inside the garage to get an entry ticket and pay for this when leaving at either the paystation or exit terminal. 21: Lyman Duff Lot - Visitor Parking

The Lyman Duff (Pathology) parking lot is a small lot available to both permit holders and visitors  (after 5pm only on weekdays, all day on weekend days). Access to this parking lot is from Av. des Pins directly, between Aylmer St. and University St.

The two metered parking spaces accept coin payment only for parking after 5pm on weekdays and all day on weekend days. The evening rate of $7 applies.

22: McIntyre Platform - Visitor Parking

This small exterior lot is accessed from the connecting lanes off Peel Street and Prom. Sir William Osler (Drummond), just north of Docteur-Penfield Av. It is situated just outside of the entrance to McIntyre garage.

There are 4 spaces in this lot which have parking meters. They accept coin payment only, including $2 coins. A maximum of 2 hours can be purchased at one time. The rate is $3.25 per 30 minutes.
