The McIntyre garage has permit holder and visitor parking. It situated 3655 Prom. Sir William Osler (Drummond) and is accessible from connecting lanes off Peel Street and Prom. Sir William Osler (Drummond), just north of Docteur-Penfield Av. There is elevator access to the Life Science Complex for staff members with coded ID cards. Other staff, students and visitors may use the pedestrian exit door on the first level to go outside. There are also exits to Stewart Biology Building (level 3 in the garage) and Gelber Law Library (level 7). The garage is open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, however 24 hour consecutive parking is not permitted unless authorized by the parking office.There is a paystation machine in the garage (level 1, near the exit) which accepts cash or credit card payment (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) for parking. There is also a machine at the exit which accepts credit card payment. A customer must press the green button on the entry terminal just outside the garage to get an entry ticket and pay for this when leaving at either the paystation or exit terminal. Please note that the exit terminal does not issue a receipt.
Visitor parking rates:
- Monday to Friday: $3.25 / half hour to a maximum of $17 for the day
- Monday to Friday: $7 flat rate after 5pm
- Saturday, Sunday: $7 flat rate per day
