At about 1.55am this morning a man and woman who were occupants of a home in Wentworth Parade Success were woken by their dog barking.
The man walked to the front door and saw two men standing about two metres from the front door.
The woman called police but the offenders, who were armed with knives, broke into the house and demanded the man give them the keys to his car, which was parked in the driveway.
One offender stood close to the victim with a knife close to his chest while the other offender went into the bedroom and stole the keys to the car, as well as the woman’s handbag, purse and the man’s mobile phone.
The offenders drove off in the red SS utility, registration 1DNE247, with the victim’s unregistered Yamaha YZF 450 off-road motorcycle loaded on the utility.
One offender is described as dark skinned, about 18 to 20 years of age, about 187cm tall and of a slim build. He was wearing a navy blue hooded jumper, with the hood up and pinched at the top to cover his face.
The second offender is described as dark skinned, about 18 to 20 years of age, about 170cm tall and of a slim build. He had a slight moustache. He was wearing a dark, hooded jumper, also pinched at the top to cover his face
