A fantastic walk in the edge of Kathmandu, starting at Kopan Monastery with a small session on Buddhist philosophy and a meditation class, then walking the suburbs of Boudha and Kopan, learning about the different practices of Buddhism - all this led by a Buddhist monk.Later we stop at the largest stupa in Asia - Boudha to do a small lighting of lamps and a prayer to all sentient being s in the planet - again led by Buddhist Monks, with each step explained.
