Lugares de interés (POIs) del Mapa

0: Khane Khaas

One of the best biryani places in the city - and great roomali roti rolls too. They deliver.

Más sobre Khane Khaas

1: Bay View bar

A rooftop bar on the top of the Strand / Sea Princess hotel. Tends to attract a lot of backpackers in the evening, but it's a good place for beers and a view of the harbour in the daytime.

Más sobre Bay View bar

2: Bademiya

South Bombay's uncontested king of rolls - open until 3am

Más sobre Bademiya

3: Cloud 9

Old school rooftop bar with decent, basic food. A slightly less crowded alternative to Bay View, but without the sea view.

Más sobre Cloud 9

4: The Table

Great restaurant for dinner - excellent wine selection

Más sobre The Table

5: Kala Ghoda Cafe

Más sobre Kala Ghoda Cafe

6: Brittania

Parsi food heaven - and a place with great character and history. Open 12-4, closed on Sundays.

Más sobre Brittania

7: Cafe Universal

A fun place for low-key beers. They serve in 2ft mobile taps at your table.

Más sobre Cafe Universal

8: Hermes

A beautiful building and store - with a gallery upstairs

Más sobre Hermes

9: Ziya, Fenix and Vetro at The Oberoi

Ziya is a modern take on Indian food with a menu curated by Vineet Bhatia, while Fenix is a great all-day dining place that does good sushi. Vetro is Italian.

10: Le Mill and Cafe Pico

Concept fashion and interiors store, including an all-day cafe / restaurant, Pico

Más sobre Le Mill and Cafe Pico

Wine and tapas bar

Italian restaurant

Más sobre 212

Asian fusion restaurant. See also the Colaba branch

Más sobre Busaba

17: Cafe Zoe

All-day restaurant and bar

Más sobre Cafe Zoe

18: Le Pain Quotidien

Part of the international chain - great for breakfast, open all day

Más sobre Le Pain Quotidien

19: Indigo Deli

See also the Colaba main restaurant; branches in Lower Parel and Bandra

21: Busaba

Más sobre Busaba

22: Rang Sharda Hotel

Old-school rooftop bar in the same vein as Cloud 9 or Bay View in Colaba. Expect waiters in waistcoats. A good view of the sea and sea link from the terrace.

Más sobre Rang Sharda Hotel

23: Oh! Calcutta

Más sobre Oh! Calcutta

26: Woodside Inn

Always a bit cramped at the weekend but good for its beer selection and pizzas. Expect a classic rock / Nineties indie selection on the stereo

Más sobre Woodside Inn

27: Volare

Used to be known as Bootleggers, used to have a good ambience. Now a dark but fairly modern bar with a fun upstairs attic-style section. Very hit and miss as to whether it's empty or full, but it is open until 2.

Más sobre Volare

28: InterContinental Marine Drive

Dome is their rooftop bar - awesome views of the sea and prices to match. They also have Koh, an excellent but similarly priced Thai restaurant - its redeeming feature being a Sunday Brunch that includes a martini between every course.

Más sobre InterContinental Marine Drive

29: Four Seasons / Aer

Home to Aer, another very pricey but popular rooftop place with good cocktails. They charge a cover on the weekends.

Más sobre Four Seasons / Aer

30: Moshe's / Fab India

Fab India is to go-to place for Indian-style souvenirs for friends and family (their Indian wear is good but a bit unexciting), and there's a Moshe's cafe upstairs. See Colaba, Cuffe Parade and Bandra branches.

Más sobre Moshe's / Fab India

31: Khyber

Classic north Indian food - a little overpriced for what it is, but a decent ambiance and menu

Más sobre Khyber

32: Joss

Pan-Asian restaurant - including sushi

Más sobre Joss

33: Soam

Great Gujarati restaurant - vegetarian and surprisingly cheap

Más sobre Soam

34: Cafe Madras

The benchmark for South Indian food - as lo-fi as they come.

Más sobre Cafe Madras

35: Grand Hyatt - China House / 55 East

China House is one of the few places that regularly stays open past 2.

55 East is Grand Hyatt's pan-Asian restaurant - OK but nothing worth making a long trip for

Más sobre Grand Hyatt - China House / 55 East

36: The Grill Room at the ITC Maratha

If you happen to be in this part of town, the Grill Room is excellent.

At their upmarket 'buffet' you get the dishes you choose cooked to order - and the steaks cook in front of you on a piece of volcanic rock.

Más sobre The Grill Room at the ITC Maratha

37: Sancho's

The best stab at Mexican food you'll get in the city. Not cheap, especially for Mexican, but the cocktails are good.

Más sobre Sancho's

38: Yauatcha

Alan Yau's slightly-cheaper-than-Hakkasan restaurant, and arguably much better value. Great for dim sum.

Más sobre Yauatcha

39: Pondichery Cafe at Sofitel

A good mixture of French and Indian food and a good wine list. Excellent desserts. Look out for the insane bling decor.

Más sobre Pondichery Cafe at Sofitel

40: Shawarma & Hookah

Want a Chicken Shawarma and/or hookah? No beer here, but the food is cheap and there is a secret (illegal) hookah lounge above. Open late night, this is a hidden local joint.

Más sobre Shawarma & Hookah

41: Hangla's

Excellent Bengali Wraps, but they deliver! Egg Chicken wraps are their specialty!

Más sobre Hangla's

42: WTF

Split bar with awesome outdoor chill area and clubbier inside. The outdoor vibe is chill world music with 150 Rs Rum & Cokes, whereas the indoor boasts different themes and a DJ. Come for kereoke night, it's fun!

Más sobre WTF

43: Janta's

The ultimate dive bar near Pail Hill, opp Jaihind, with a friendly vibe. This is the place to go for a weeknight beer, or several. Great for a small group, but be sure to wait for the bottom floor as the top has no windows.

Más sobre Janta's

44: Cheron Bakery

This Muslim bakery will surprise you. Most popular are the cheese croissant, baked with fresh mozzarella, beef puff (highly recommended), and chocolate croissant. The guys working here are fun and friendly too, so for 30 Rs get your croissant and chill out and have a good conversation.

Más sobre Cheron Bakery

45: Irish Pub

If greasy food and a football/soccer match is your thing, this is the spot.

Más sobre Irish Pub

46: Soul Fry

Great for drinks and decent food, both indoor A/C area with a full stacked bar and a non-A/C area on the outside for larger parties. Right on Pali Hill, so a good starting point for the night. More of a restaurant than a bar though.

Más sobre Soul Fry

47: Ramanayak Udipi

Inside the LBS Market off the Matunga East station, this offers an incredible and cheap Tamil Thali for those want to eat a lot and have a stomach for spicy. Served on a banana leaf too!

Más sobre Ramanayak Udipi

48: Ray's Pizzeria

A bit pricier, but the closest you'll get to New York pizza around.

Más sobre Ray's Pizzeria

49: Saltwater Cafe

Has a bit of everything, including unlimited happy hour drink specials for around ~500 Rs from 12:30pm - 3:30pm. Good for brunch, also has a roof terrace.

Más sobre Saltwater Cafe

50: Land's End Bar

For a nice escape, sneak back to the pool bar and get a gin & tonic at the Land's End.

Más sobre Land's End Bar

51: Jimmy Boy

One of the original Parsi favourites
