This is a beginners trek very close to KTM. Including the travel by bus it should take approximately half a day to complete. No steep climbs or decents.

Even though the trail lies on a motorable road, the traffic is very light if any, and should not be a problem.
This is the 'proper' trail, no commercial vehicles (you may run into a few construction vehicles or a motorcycle).
This is not too fun as there are frequent buses passing by. An option is to catch a bus to KTM from Tinpiple and end your trek. Or find an alternative route to get to Bhanjhyang Resort in Thulagaon.
Get on a bus from Thulagaon after lunch and head towards Balaju
