"There is tons of budget accomadation in Mui Ne. All the expensive resorts are on the south side of the road, all the cheap places on the north side of the road. They directly face each other and it's quite a contrast.
I stayed at the Hoang Vu restaurant, which rents out surprisingly nice A/C rooms at the back for US $5 (double bed). "

- Lung Phin Market is roughly 12km from Bac Ha and takes place every Sunday.
- Can Cau Market is roughly 20km north of Bac Ha and takes place every Saturday.
- Coc Ly market is roughly 35km from Bac Ha and takes place every Tuesday.
The best time to join the market is from 09.00 to 12.00 but it is fascinating to spend few hours earlier to see the ecthnic people along the trail to the Bac Ha Market."
