Feb 24 2011, 7pm. Bahman Faraji, a married 44-year-old Iranian, was blasted in the head just before 7pm outside the Belgrave pub, in Aigburth.

1: FATAL: Joey Cummins (Jan 21, 2011)

Jan 21 2011, 9pm.
Joseph ‘Joey’ Cummins, 25, died in Fazakerley hospital soon after being shot on Longmoor Lane, Fazakerley, just before 9pm.

2: Man shot in drive-by outside takeaway (Jan 5 2011)

A gunman fired on the victim from a blue car in Smithdown Road, Wavertree, at about 8.35pm tonight.

Eddie Pybis, 20, was shot once in the arm and chest as he sat in a silver Volvo, registration AE53 DFU, on Utting Avenue, Anfield at around 3.30pm on January 3.

THREE men were shot in two separate attacks in Bootle last night.

Both shootings happened at around the same time yesterday evening and within a few hundred yards of each other. Police were unable to say whether they were linked.

In the first incident, two men stormed into an off-licence and shot another man in the legs.

A MAN was in a critical condition today after he was shot in a car park.

Police officers were called to Sefton Lane Industrial Estate in Maghull at around 4.50pm yesterday after reports of shots being fired.

Within half an hour a 23-year-old man turned up at a nearby hospital with a gunshot wound to his left side.

Police cordoned off the scene on the estate near to Maghull Leisure Snooker Club for forensic examination this morning.

52: 34-year-old man shot near Farmers Arms pub in Kirkby (February 14 2012)

A MAN was being treated in hospital today after a gun attack behind a Merseyside pub.

It is believed the 34-year-old was walking across fields behind the Farmers Arms pub, in Moorfield, Kirkby, when he was shot.

The victim, who was due to undergo surgery in hospital today, was approached by a gang clutching a shotgun at around 10.40pm yesterday.

They fired at him from some distance away, hitting him in the legs.
