5: Apollo Nude Beach

Apollo Beach
The accomodation agreement specifies an area beginning some 120 yards south of lot 5 (same as before the agreement). There are 29 parking places for your use if you get there early enough. One set of restrooms is currently available in that area. PLEASE limit your clothing optional recreation to that area!!

If you are unable to find a parking space in that area, you may be able to park in lot 4 and walk or bike the 2 1/4 miles to lot 5 (same as before the agreement).

Under the agreement, you will see signs advising beachgoers where nude sunbathing can be expected and where it is NOT expected. Please abide by those signs! (if you find them). There will also be informational leaflets given to park visitors to minimize and eliminate confusion and conflict between textile and non-textile users. (hopefully you will receive one.)

Have an enjoyable visit, and PLEASE REMEMBER:

- stay OUT of the dunes or you will be ticketed.

- park only in designated areas or you will be ticketed.

- refrain from any behavior that could be interpreted as lewd or lascivious (sexual) or you will be arrested.

- please be respectful to the rangers so that we can maintain a courteous and cooperative atmosphere.

8: Passage Key

One of the best-kept secrets in the nudist world is Passage Key, a tiny island just south of St. Petersburg, Florida, which on warm weekend days attracts hundreds of boaters.

The captains drop anchor in five to seven feet of water and form a laid-back partying flotilla. Though the area is patrolled by sheriff boats from three counties, along with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, nudism has long been tolerated.
