The new bridge for the US-93 Hoover Dam bypass is complete, its pretty cool to check out. If you are going to visit the dam fork out and get the full expensive tour, the mini tour is kind of lame. They only take you down to a bypass spillway and then back up, the full tour gets you into the dam.

I stayed in Carlsbad and worked in Del Mar for a month. The stretch of PCH between those two places was pretty cool. I'd want to do the whole bit between LA and SD.
