de Leon Springs to lake Woodruff and back

Put in / take out is de Leon Springs State Park. We begun the day by having an all you can eat pancake brunch there :-) There were lots of manatees in the first lake, which is sheltered from the wind. The wind was against us on the way to lake Woodruff and helped us on the way back - it would have been much more difficult psychologically if it were the other way around. We saw alligators, ospreys, and many many other birds.
