Flood pretty badly and can get pretty deep in the 70's on Vanderhorst. Neighbors also tend to get upset if you drive through and create a wake.

Floods quickly during a high tide. Intersection is much deeper than approach roads, cars often stranded. Recommend to avoid this intersection during heavy rains / high tides.
