Beautifull ride from Chorin. There are plenty of swimming places at the Werbellinsee.
From Joachimsthal you can follow the route BU (Berlin-Usedom radweg)back to Berlin.
To shorten to route you can take the train back to Berlin in Bernau (from there the route is less impressive anyway)

Until the fall of the Berlin Wall, the building was used by the Berlin district administration of the East German Communist Party and the East German state bank. For a while after the Wall came down, the building stood largely empty and unused.

The Memorial consists of the Field of Stelae designed by architect Peter Eisenman and the underground Information Centre and is maintained by a Federal Foundation.
The Field of Stelae is open to the public day and night.

Nomadisch Grün launched Prinzessinnengärten as a pilot project in the summer of 2009 at Moritzplatz, a site which had been a wasteland for over half a century. Along with friends, fans, activists and neighbours, the group cleared away rubbish, built transportable organic vegetable plots and reaped the first fruits of their labour.
The garden is a place of pleasure and rejuvenation. Relax and enjoy
watching the vegetables being harvested and freshly prepared in a small garden restaurant.
