One of the nicest Wadi's in Jordan. I've done it twice and would do it again. It is best to start from the eastern end: take a bus to Karak then hire a minibus to take you to the start of the Wadi (use the GPS cooridnates). The route is pretty clear (just follow the valley), but it requires some skill in hill climbing. There is a year-long stream, but I recommend going in the spring when the weather is nicest and the water is refreshing. I wouldn't drink the water, as lots of animals are nearby. The valley finishes at the Dead Sea, and you'll have to find a ride back to your car or catch a bus, either back to Karak or Amman (difficult to do on a friday).
