Rivière Missisquoi

This trail goes from the end of Hancock Rd along the edge of Canyon Lake to Canyon Lake Park. Along the way if Terracache Chunka Chunka LOVE (TCCQL). The total hike to the Park one way is about 3 miles. We went as far as the TC then returned to our starting spot. This is the track that is displyed here and turns out to be just over 5 miles R/T. There are spots along the way with easy access to the cool water of the lake. We encountered dear and a couple of huge hawks along the way. It is a beautiful hike, but can be hot, bring water. The path is well kept with some rocks and knee high grass in spots.
