Etapa prólogo de la Ruta que discurre por el bajo Danubio de Belgrado a Constanta, durante 1017 km hasta el Mar Negro en 10 etapas. Esta es la etapa prólogo, para ir del aeropuerto el centro de Belgrado, intentando pasar por lugares de interés cerca del Sava en la parte nueva de Belgrado.

STAGE DESCRIPTION
This is not the first stage. This is only to go from the airport to a hostel in the center of Belgrade. But it not follows the direct path. Instead, it goes directly to the Sava river. There you pass all the riverside, with the famous restaurants in boats. Then you pass directly to novy Belgrade (New Belgrade), the new part of the city on the left bank of river Sava. You almost reach the joint with the Danube river, but crossing Branko's Bridge, you reach the center of historic Belgrade. The path climbs to the old city and goes through interesting spots to the very city center. All the way is in bike lines, except the old city part, which has not very heavy traffic.

DESTINATION POINT
Old city of Belgrade, with the Kalemegdan Castle and all the peatonal part of Belgrade. Skardalija is a good street to have dinner late night. Saint Marki Church, Saint Sava Cathedral, Serbian Parliament and Republic Square are other interesting spots to visit.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTES
Not going direcly to Sava River but follow the main road to the city center. Shorter but not with bike lines.
