We stopped for our first night in Atlanta, GA. While there we got a private tour of CNN, as our instructor worked there for 19 years.

This is where we spent nights two through five. We picked Punta Gorda because it was a pretty central location to all the ballparks we were covering through Thursday. While here we covered the Pirates and the Rays.

We spent three days in Bradenton covering the Pirates games and Pirate City.

We spent the day in Sarasota on Wednesday when we went to the Orioles vs. Spain game.

We spent some time in Tampa when we got a private tour of Channel 10 News and when we got a tour and private lesson on sports writing at the Poynter Institute.

We spent the day in Port Charlotte on Thursday at the Rays training camp. Half of us went to the Rays camp and the other half covered the Pirates vs Rays game in Bradenton.

Thursday night we stayed in Kissimmee so we could cover the Astros on Friday. Friday morning we got to interview a player be the game vs the Braves.
