Red Lake Peak and Stevens Peak via Crater Lake 2011-10-28

Loop hike from Crater Lake to Red Lake Peak and Stevens Peak. Trailhead is at the on the Crater Lake 4wd road off of California Hwy 88, Hope Valley east of Carson Pass. Mostly cross-country hiking route includes steep sections and rock fields and does not quite go to the highest point of the summit block of Red Lake Peak, which requires non-technical climbing.
