GZ H3 Run #1080 on 18 Dec 2010 was what can best be described as an "amazing" hash. Amazing for the fact the the two hares: Dyke Plugger and Kublai K'ack set a dutchie hash that was not total bollocks! Nice trails, a good number of checks, seemingly organized and a hive of bees that found and bit almost every hasher....and some multiple times. Due to the trails and the bees, some people ended up coming back close to dark but no need to send out scouting parties to look for lost hashers. A turnout of about 48 people enjoyed an entertaining circle with the hares briefly on the ice although they both complained of brain freeze after a few minutes. After the circle was over we walked a few minutes away and had a nice dinner with so much food being ordered that some was even left on the tables....may be a hash first! But to complete the day and forever cement this day as "amazing" was that Meatballs in order to launder money he makes by selling "access" during his day job covered the cost of the meal as long as we volunteered our names, occupations, bio-data and a stool sample (those crazy Germans....) A serious after hash dissection of the virtues of that days hash were discussed late into the night at the Mango and Cave bars. Please note: My GPS was stopped going through the thorn bushes and I did not notice for about 15 minutes as obvious by the straight line.
