The central goal of the One Europe More Nature (OEMN) project is to identify, create and communicate practical examples of alternatives for rural development in Europe. With a potential of several million hectares, this could significantly influence the reform of the EU's Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) and enhance WWF's nature conservation impact across Europe. The project has a particular emphasis on sustainable river basin management. WWF is a leader in international efforts to find long term solutions to benefit people and nature. Because of more than 5 million independent supporters, our conservation efforts address global threats and we work to protect endangered species and habitats in more than 100 countries around the world.
