Planned for 3 years, the Action Water project helps address the issue of local management of water resources. These resources are becoming scarce due to climate change, drought, human population growth, erosion and silting. WWF is a leader in international efforts to find long term solutions to benefit people and nature. Because of more than 5 million independent supporters, our conservation efforts address global threats and we work to protect endangered species and habitats in more than 100 countries around the world.
