Juan Francisco Duran Ferrusca, 19. The Northeast Portland man was shot May 2 at an apartment complex in the 11200 block of Southwest Greenburg Road in Tigard, in an argument over money and love. He was found dead in the back seat of a Honda that was abandoned a few minutes later at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center in Cedar Mill. Witnesses saw a man wipe down the car before walking away. Mario Jesus Parra Moo, 37, of Northeast Portland was sentenced to 12-1/2 years in prison after pleading guilty to first-degree manslaughter, attempted murder, first-degree robbery and second-degree assault in the double shooting. Another victim who lived in the Tigard apartment, Brent Dewayne Kennedy, recovered from a gunshot wound to his leg. Police said Duran Ferrusca and Parra-Moo were at a social gathering at Kennedy's apartment when an argument about money and love degenerated into gunshots.
