The singer, songwriter, record producer and actress, lives here part-time with her husband, Nick Cannon. Her main residence is a 12,000 sq ft triplex apartment (once featured on "MTV Cribs") in the TriBeCa section of New York City, and a multi-acre ocean front compound on Eleuthera Island in the Bahamas. This is also the one-time home of Hollywood actress Farrah Fawcett, which she first lived in with actor Lee Majors, and then later with actor Ryan O'Neal.
