August 10, 4 p.m., One person is in critical condition and another man is in "stable" condition following a shooting on the West Side.
A man in his 20s was shot in the hand in the 4300 block of West Grand Avenue, police News Affairs Sgt. Antoinette Ursitti said and taken to West Suburban Medical Center in Oak Park.
Ambulances took another man in critical condition to John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County, Fire Media Affairs Asst. Director Eve Rodriguez said.
