Fairly nice hotel just off the main square in Popayan, in a very old building. Lovely view of the road through the window, tiny balcony, pretty quiet once you get everything closed up. Private bath. $70,000 (US$39). ADDED: Be warned, this place turns into a VERY loud disco bar on the weekends. They offered to move us at 8 PM on our last night, but we declined.
