LOTS of trouble with booking; after (literally) 12 emails back and forth between us and various people working there, we arrived late at night with no reservation! Luckily, they had a room, but it was with twin beds and no wifi, which we'd been promised. Very nice place, though - hotel-quality rooms with nice showers for 160 yuan ($25).
