We took a colectivo (10 soles each, $3.63) from Cusco to Ollanta to save money on the duper-spendy PeruRail. After an hour looking at lovely Ollantaytambo, we took a PeruRail Vistadome train ($49? each) the rest of the way to Aguascalientes.
