Iron Man Spider-man and Deadpool were brought before Congress to discuss the actions that occurred doing the Breakout on the Raft several months earlier.
The trio caused the congressional hearing to be postponed with a combination of clever thinking and a healthy does of bribery (Tony Stark was a major contributor to many of the senators in the hearing).
When they leave the building they are attacked by the Titanium Man!!
