Originally owned by the Thomas BBQ family chain; now owned by a Korean family, but no longer related to the North Freeway location. Older spot showing its age. Barbecue is average with unrendered brisket that I'd guess was smoked maybe 4-6 hours. Ribs were decent and very tender.
