Former dine-in, now take-out only (due to light rail construction) joint in the East End open since 1946. Pecan wood smoke liberally applied to meat in giant, crusty, seasoned "Oyler"steel rotisserie smokers. Outstanding moist brisket. Dry rubbed ribs are tender with a hint of sugar.
