Hidden in a strip center on S. Post Oak, this joint is owned by a Tennessean and the BBQ shows it with a spicy sauce poured over excellent pulled pork. Brisket had a nice fat cap and was well-rendered but minimal smoke. Ribs were fall-off-the-bone but lacked smoke flavor.
