Owned by Gary Burns, the son of Houston barbecue patriarch Roy Burns, this restaurant not unexpectedly shares a name with the Burns BBQ on North Shepherd, owned by Roy's daughter. The barbecue here is average to good, with the expected dry-as-a-bone brisket, very good baby back ribs, and great housemade sausage.
