Owned by Kathy Braden, daughter of legendary Houston pitmaster Roy Burns, this new location for Burns BBQ offers a spacious and bright update from the old De Priest location. Alas, the last few visits here have yielded woefully undersmoked barbecue. Indeed, there's nary a scent of smoke when you walk in to the place, making you wonder where the meat is being smoked.
