Chain out of Dallas; brisket was pure roast beef (i.e. not good), sides were average. Ribs were admittedly tasty, maybe even addictive: St. Louis cut, crispy bark, moist inside, pull-off-the-bone with a sweet wet mop. Lacked smoke however.
