From the complaint: "I think it is wrong to pass this film off as a feel-good holiday film when [in] fact, it sends a dangerous message because it's about 8-year-old Ralphie Parker who does anything to get a BB gun which he does from his dad. Plus, the ending shows him going to sleep with said gun."
