Day 3: Sacred Valley Tour & Tour of Pisak Market
Enjoy breakfast in your Cuzco hotel before setting out on a Sacred Valley tour. First, you'll head to Pisak, a little village nestled in the Sacred Valley between Cuzco and Machu Picchu. It's famous for its Pisak Market, an open-air market where locals bring their handicrafts and produce to sell. Browse the handmade goods before taking a tour of the Pisak ruins, an Inca site that shows off the Incas splendid masonry. In the afternoon, continue on to Ollantaytambo, another town in the Sacred Valley with impressive Inca ruins, aqueducts, and terraces. The town is the only one that has been in continuous operation since the time of the Incas.
