Ferdinand Catoera Buscato (Chula, July 2008) is the executive officer of the Philippine Navy vessel BRP MANGYAN, stationed in the western front of the Philippines. In addition to military requirements, he conducts humanitarian projects including coastal clean up, local infrastructure rebuilding, literacy, and food programs in the areas where he serves.
