Ciclo-rotas is a study, held by Studio-X Rio, ITDP Brazil and Transporte Ativo NGO, which proposes a bikepath network for Rio's downtown. Although the city already has the second biggest network in South America, its historic, cultural and business core is left out of the system. Its a void in the bike map.
