Massive Underground Dry Dock facility portal. The floating apron to the Left is a ruse and can be floated back out of the way to let submarines sneak in under the cover of darkness. Very clever camouflage.
The tactical bunker entrance is to the North and allows submarines to emerge while fully submerged.
Workshops and support facilities above ground seems to indicate that this is a nuclear ready support site that that multiple reactors are present on the subs, along with possible nuclear weapons.
Orientation of facility, and contruction methods used trace to China, but much of the hardware is Irainian in origin.
