Last Christmas I went to Tenerife with my family for nine days to celebrate my grandma’s birthday. I was really looking forward to going and I thought it was going to be a great trip, but I was wrong.After going out till late on New Years Eve, I took a plane to Tenerife. Although I was tired, I was feeling happy and I enjoyed the flight with my family. It took us just a few hours to get to the Hotel and unpack the luggage and, as soon as we finished, we went to the beach. That’s when everything started to get worse.
I was sunbathing when I started to feel ill. I had a sore throat and a terrible headache so I decided to go to the room and lay down for a couple of hours. When I woke up I was feeling much worse than before and I had high temperature. As a result, my mum took me to the doctor and he told me to stay in the Hotel room for the whole week.
I spent the first five days in the room while the rest of my family was enjoying the sunny weather in the beach. I was angry and disappointed due to the bad luck I was having, things couldn’t be worse.
Those were the worst holidays of my life and ,although the last three days I was feeling better, it was::text like the hell for me.
