Japanese affected by the 2011 tsunami in northeast Japan are still wondering what type of a future they will have as they wait for plans to be finalized by the local and national governments. IMB missionaries in Japan have the resources to be able to be in the disaster area for extended periods of time to provide hope and comfort during these uncertain times. The core of this hope is rooted in Jesus Christ and our Heavenly Father's compassion for the Japanese.
Thank you, Southern Baptist Churches for providing funds to be able to travel to the disaster area and supplies needed to minister to Japanese in a part of the country that has had the least exposure to the Gospel.
