Embedding Youtube in a placemark is a little tricky.
Step 1. Go to Youtube and get the embed code. Be sure to click the button to use the "old" embed code.
Step 2. Paste the code into a placemark balloon under the Edit HTML tab. Remove the following part of the code:
?version=3&hl=en_US&rel=0
Step 3: Click Ok, Save and then Done.
