REMARKS: DEMONSTRATING AGAINST THE HERAT GOVERNOR AND ANA DUE TO AN INCIDENT THAT HAPPENED LAST NIGHT. THE DEMONSTRATION STARTED OUTSIDE THE UN COMPOUND AND THEN MOVED TO THE GOVERNORS COMPOUND.
