Mix of contraflow and narrow lanes with 50mph speed limit - there will continue to be three lanes in each direction - 22 miles of roadworks - Nil to slight delays expected. Reason roadworks cannot be lifted for holiday period: Speed limit needs to stay in place because safety equipment has had to be disabled during the roadworks. Temporary reinstatement of this safety equipment would take much longer than the Easter holiday.
