Breaking news from CJAD Radio in Cedrika Provencher's Disappearance.
A
St. Leonard man called 9-1-1 this morning claiming to have seen a little girl in a minivan who appeared to be being held against her will.
Vehicle Description:
A rusted, dirty red minivan, possibly a Ford Aerostar.
Driver Description
A man in his 50's with long grey hair and a long grey beard.
Wearing jeans and a light blue shirt.
Example of a 1995 red Aerostar
Several Sightings of Cedrika have been reported, many of which have been described by police as credible.
Police have received as many as 1,000 credible tips out of the approx 3,000 received and have interviewed 1,200 people.
Police are now confirming they have received credible leads that Cedrika has been spotted in Eastern Quebec with a man.
Meanwhile the Negotiator has set up an anonymous 24-hour phone line for the parents at 514-730-3940. He has a reputation for eliciting information from the criminal element in the past and is hoping if someone who knows something and who may also be shy of the police might consider passing the information on to him instead. He is promising if any credible information should come through that brings Cedrika home the tipster will receive the $80,000 dollar reward.
Tipsters are still encouraged to contact the police directly at 1 (800) 659-4264

Crime reporter turns lead over to the SQ

Crime
reporter Claude Poirier says he's turned a voice-mail message over to
the Surete du Quebec. It's evidently from a girl who says her uncle saw
Cedrika Provencher being forced into a car the night she disappeared
I've been scouring google and youtube video for footage of Cedrika, so far I have found a handful of French language broadcasts (HERE) I think its important to get the word out in English especially in the border area's.
Please See Cedrika.org
And Cedrika.ca
In the meantime, here is a photo montage of really good photo's of the little girl.
I imagine if she is being smuggled out of country her hair will be changed so please memorize the little girls ears - I have heard those are the best features to compare as hair changes, faces grow, make up and other things can change a persons appearance, but the ears remain the same.
Martin Provencher, Cedrika's dad is receiving guidance from two men who have turned to advocacy in the wake of their own children's abductions in recent years. He is hoping their contacts within the Canadian Forces will join in the search for Cedrika.

Michel Surprenant's daughter Julie has been missing since 1999. A suspect in her disappearance by the name of Richard Bouillon, died last year from lung cancer while incarcerated for a string of other violent sexual assaults.

Translated from the French:
If
Richard Bouillon had something to see with the removal and the
Surprising murder of Julie, it will never be known. The 52 year old
man, who was imprisoned since 2003 for rape, sexual aggressions and
traffic of drug, died of a lung cancer last on June 21 in the City of
the health of Laval.
