Lugares de interés (POIs) del Mapa

0: Ooga Booga

My favorite store in L.A. Art shows, artifacts, high concept clothing, actual mix tapes curated by Calvin Johnson.

1: Franklin Canyon

Often used as a location for film & TV shows as a double for the pacific northwest. So serene yet so close to the busy streets of Beverly Hills. Great hiking trails, never too busy.

Más sobre Franklin Canyon

Best biscuits and gravy ever. Oly beer on tap. An old western style road house.

9: Meteor City Trading Post

Lots of weird teepee and dinosaur sculptures. One of the best gift shops along the old Route 66. Huge mural of Route 66. One of the worlds largest dream catchers too! Great photo ops.

10: Meteor Crater

'nuff said.

13: Grove Cafe & Market

Delicious farm to table food. Cafe style, but great, super fresh food.

Más sobre Grove Cafe & Market

14: The Matador

Classic dive bar. Totally out of left field for Santa Fe. Rock & roll types, thank god. Hard to find info on this place. But you'll go down some anonymous looking stairs to cheap drink heaven.

Más sobre The Matador

15: Encino, NM

Cool ghost town. Lots of abandoned buildings.

Más sobre Encino, NM

16: Roswell, NM

Roswell is rather lame. But there are some alien "museums" that are worth the $3 to get in for the ridiculous photo ops.

Más sobre Roswell, NM

17: Carlsbad Caverns

Crazy underground madness. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carlsbad_Caverns_National_Park

Más sobre Carlsbad Caverns

Amazing place to see sunsets. Picturesque desert mountain range. One of the prettier drives.

Más sobre Guadalupe Mountains

Best Tex-Mex ever.

Más sobre The Original Ninfa's on Navigation

32: Haunted History Tours

Learn about hundreds of years of how people died horrible deaths in NOLA. As told by a Creole Jack Sparrow type. Great way to see the French Quarter without doing the other stupid tourist stuff to do there.

Más sobre Haunted History Tours

33: Cochon Butcher

Yummy food.

Más sobre Cochon Butcher

34: Restaurant August

Delicious!

Más sobre Restaurant August

35: Antoine's Restaurant

And if you have the cash to burn, Antoine's is the oldest continuously run restaurant in America. The food is okay, but the invented Oyster's Rockefeller. But the best part is what's off the menu. If you ask the waiter for a tour of the place, you get a private tour of all 13 rooms and the hundreds of years of history of the place. Cool wine cellar, secret rooms, etc. Little known secret. Worth it if you can afford to eat there.

Más sobre Antoine's Restaurant

36: Café du Monde

Their beignets and chicory coffee are legitimately world famous.
