0: How to get to the cable carts

From the main "gates" of the park, just leaving the shopping centre/underground station you can walk to get to the cable carts

1: Bus to Costa da Caparica

This is the bus that gets you to the beach on the other side of the coast.

2: How to get to the Miradouro

If you get the underground to Baixa-do-Chiado (joint blue and green lines) you can easily walk all the way down - takes around 10min to get there

3: Castelo de São Jorge

Price to get in: between €3.5 - €6

4: Elevador de Santa Justa - Santa Justa Lift

Price to get in: between €3 to €5 (use the transport card - cartão VIVA)

5: Parque das Nações

Free entry to the gardens and for walking around.Plenty of attractions here: - Shopping centre with loads of shops and restaurants (and the cinema); - Restaurants by the river - Cable carts: between €6 to €10

6: Oceanário - Aquarium

Beautiful aquarium with three levels and loads of sea animals plus themed roomsPrice to get in: between €12 to €15

7: Airport

Easy location of the airport just 10min away from the city centre.there are buses, taxis and undeground that will make it easy to get about

8: Belém

Historical zone of Portugal. 

9: Pastéis de Belém

The very famous pastries are originally from here! Go buy some :D

10: Praia - The beach

Loads of beaches around the coast. I recommend on this side of the coast:

11: Praia de Carcavelos (Beach)

To get here a simple train from city centre will do

12: Costa da Caparica - Beach

To get here the easiest way is a bus from city centre

13: Marques do Pombal - Gardens

This is a beautiful place where you can get a nice view to the whole city all the way down to the river Tagus.

14: Bairro Alto

One of the oldest neighbourhoods in Lisbon, here you get the smells and the looks of how Lisbon used to be like plus night life is good here with plenty of bars to enjoy

15: Miradouro do Adamastor

Enjoy the views to the river from this high point in the neighbourhood. Well worth going!

16: Chiado/Rossio

This is a mixture of old and artistic. Really nice and narrow streets, lots of cafés and restaurants to remember the old times in Lisbon

17: Docas - the Docks

Plenty of restaurants by the river! You choose and you won't regret!

18: Pastelaria Suíca

One of the famous bakeries/café/ice-cream places in the whole Lisbon and the whole Portugal.
