There are detainees from Jawbar, Zamalka, Arbeen, SaqbaHamouriyeh, Barzeh, Kafr Batna, and Jisreen held here.

Building holds both detained military personnel as detained civilians. Former detainees report extremely difficult conditions, where they face "the worst kinds of torture" as they are held in cells two stories underground.

There are dangers of inadequate ventilation and detainees fear that ventilation will be cut off.

Former detaines report a constant terrible smell and extremely unhealthy conditions.

"One of the most terrible prisons" report former detainees. Detainees are transferred here after investigations and interrogations have been completed. Many describe terrible treatment. Activists describe this as the place where "Islamists" are generally sent.

Another branch known for its detention of Islamists. SNC member Mohammad Khair al-Wazir is detained here. Torture is prevalent in this branch.
