Tuesday, September 3, 2013Car Free Zone for Tour of AlbertaEdmontonians are asked to plan ahead to watch the Tour of Alberta race through the streets of downtown Edmonton, celebrate at the Churchill Square bicycle festival, and make plans to embrace car-free zone from 4pm to 9 pm; cycle, walk or stay for the festivities when roads are closed to all vehicle traffic for the duration of the race.
